Whether it’s waking up at 4 am to see the sunrise over the savanna surrounded by hyena in South Africa or flowing through sun salutations on my mat at home in Buenos Aires, I’ve always been chasing the sun. There is a certain magic in the air as the night transitions to day, a smell of dew and a stirring as the world wakes up.
The name Sol Salute encompasses my love for yoga, my love for the sun and early mornings at home and on the road. I write about my travels and about my home, Argentina. But don’t worry, you don’t have to be a fellow early bird to follow along with me.
who is sol salute
Sol Salute is written by me, Erin, nice to meet you! I’m a Texan transplanted in Argentina. I've spent a decade living abroad across Spain, in the U.S.V.I., and Argentina. Mostly, I’ve been here in Buenos Aires. I'm a camera-wielding yoga teacher, a traveler, and a wine lover (seriously).
